While everyone is still checking out 17/P Holmes, it’s easy to forget another comet is passing through. Not the biggest or brightest of the comets, but still a nice view if you’ve got some nice equipment; even a pair of 10×50 binoculars will do.

Mars will be at its closest point in it orbit to Earth tomorrow. Mars already is an extremely impressive object with its hue very easily distinguishable as red.
